Training takes place all year round, so if you have a winter wedding or summer one, then we have it covered. Training will take place where ever you are happy to exercise, this can be on the Downs, in a park, in your garden or in the comfort of you own home.
Each session last for 60 min and will include a warm up and cool down, other than that you never know, as each session is different to keep exercise fun. What you can expect though, is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) training, using your own body weight, kettle bell and weights sessions, pad work with boxing gloves, use of speed and agility equipment and much more.
This will all result in you getting the results you want.
