Everyone is a bit nervous when they come to their first Boot Camp.
“Am I fit enough?”
“Will it be too hard?”
If you’ve been thinking about coming along but are feeling nervous then I want to reassure you.
Most of our new campers were anxious before they came for their first time, but this is what they say now:
“I joined Jason’s boot camps in April to lose weight and get fit for summer. I was completely unfit and nervous, but Jason has achieved the near-impossible and made me enjoy exercising! He knows how to motivate and push people of all fitness levels, and the sessions are fun and varied. My fitness has improved enormously, I’ve lost weight and always have a laugh – I’d definitely recommend going!“

The great thing about Boot Camp is that everyone can train together. No matter what your fitness levels are, my sessions work for both the beginner and experienced exerciser in order to get you fit.
Sessions maybe done on time, where everyone might work for 10 minutes, or after x amount of people have completed a set everyone finishes.
Nobody gets left behind or feels they are holding the group up.
If you are competitive which many are, even if they don’t admit it, you can always test yourself at the front of the group or aim to keep up with that certain someone.
